More about us

Products

With our specially developed machinery, we are capable of precisely manufacturing preforms with complex and intricate geometries. Alternatively, we can produce ready-to-use tools to your specifications. Our customers value us for this in particular, as we perform all grinding tasks in house.

Its unique properties make cemented carbide the only economically viable solution for extreme applications. We produce custom cemented carbide parts to your drawing, either raw with grinding allowance or finished to specifications. We then deliver them to you as quick as possible.

Production process

We use our own powder preparation systems to manage and control our cemented carbide compositions in house. After the grinding or homogenisation process, the material is dried and is then ready to be compressed and turned into blanks.

After being sintered, we send the blanks to our customers or produce the custom tools with our own grinding systems completely to their specifications. Our customers value both our precise manufacturing and our ability to respond flexibly to urgent requests.
